Gira User Agreement

1. Service

This agreement is provided by Gira (hereinafter referred to as "we") and is accepted by you through your use of our IP data proxy service (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). If you disagree with any part of this agreement, please stop using our Service.

2. User Behavior

By using our Service, you agree to:

Not engage in any illegal activities prohibited by Canadian laws and regulations, as well as the laws of the country where the exit node is located.
Not misuse our Service.
Not violate anyone's intellectual property rights.

As examples, the following are prohibited:

BT downloading
Security breach
Spamming

If we discover that you violate any of the above, we reserve the right to terminate the Service provided to you.

3. User Data

We will not store or share your behavioral data, unless we obtain your consent in another written form.

4. Age Limit

There are no age restrictions for users of our Service.

5. Dispute Resolution

This agreement will be interpreted according to Canadian law, and any disputes arising from the use of our Service will be governed by Canadian law.

6. Refund Policy

Within 3 days after payment, we can refund unconditionally, but the refund will deduct the traffic fees you have already used. After 3 days, we will no longer offer refunds.

7. Agreement Changes

We may occasionally update this agreement. If we make any substantive changes to this agreement, we will notify you by email or through our Service. Continued use of our Service means you accept the updated agreement.
